Where do you work?
Northern California only. Fremont, San Jose, Oakland, the Peninsula, the East Bay, Sacramento — if we can drive there in a couple of hours, we can shoot there. We stay local because good media work requires being on-site, often, with people who know the neighborhood.
What's the commitment?
Storefront is month-to-month from day one. Neighborhood Famous and Bay Area Brand ask for an initial 3-month commitment so we have time to build momentum together — after that, month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I just need a website?
We offer a Website Only package at $2,400 flat — custom 5-page site, 90-minute photo session, Google Business setup, 30 days of post-launch support, no monthly retainer required. Many clients start here and add retainer services later.
Who owns the content you make?
You do. Final photos, videos, and website files are yours forever. We keep the right to use your work in our portfolio and marketing, and we retain raw footage for 12 months in case you need something re-edited.
Who does the photography?
We work with a small roster of professional photographers we trust. You'll know exactly who's on your shoot before they show up, and they're paid fairly so they bring their best work.
Can I pause service when business is slow?
Yes — any monthly client can pause for up to 2 months per year with 14 days notice. Your content and schedule stay exactly where you left them when you resume.
